Grill Chef – 4 positions in catering
Several Grill Chef positions have opened in a Restaurant-Brasserie with a pleasant setting in central London
• Impeccable presentation, punctual, responsive and flexible
• Schedules are according to the manager
• Inventory management (fresh product, expiry date, waste)
• Participate in the proper functioning of the kitchen and perfect control of the menu (food, cooking and presentation)
• Responsible for the cleaning of the kitchen, preparation and service
• Participate in the dishwashing if necessary
• Respect the hygiene and color codes of the restaurant regarding the use of knives to avoid contamination
The required profile:
– Experience in a similar position in a kitchen with large volumes.
– A person who is attentive and responsive to the needs of the restaurant.
– You are a person who is able to stay calm under pressure.
– Perfect presentation and hygiene because we have an open kitchen to the restaurant’s dining room.
English level required: Beginner
Permanent. Full-time (minimum 40h/week)
