A fully customized service for families coming to London (Relocation, expatriation assessment) looking for an accomodation they can call Home in London or in Greater London (3 people minimum).We can either look for a Flat, a maisonette or a house (even a big one if you want!).

The search will always be done according to your wishes, your requirements and your budget of course.

This service includes:

• Search for an accommodation with result granted (no limits for the number of options)
• Video tour of 1 chosen accommodation made by a member of our Team
• Advice from the agency about the neighborhoods and proposed options
• Help with all the steps related to the accommodation rental (Deposit, administrative procedures, Tenancy agreement,…) until the keys are delivered.

A minimum level of financial resources may be required in order to book the chosen accomodation.

This service is available from long-distance (accommodation granted upon your arrival in London) or if you are already in London.

Service Fee: 2 weeks rent of the chosen accommodation
